LAUNCHED MARCH 30th!
We are thrilled to announce an upcoming addition to our culinary lineup – a new Japanese concept featuring Izakaya-inspired dishes! Starting on March 30th, you’ll be able to experience a unique blend of traditional and modern Japanese cuisine right here.
Izakaya, Japan’s popular after-work dining style, is known for its relaxed atmosphere and variety of small, delicious dishes, meant to be shared among friends. Our interpretation of this dining style will bring an array of delectable Japanese dishes, each crafted with care and bursting with authentic flavors.
So mark your calendars and get ready to embark on a gastronomic journey to the Land of the Rising Sun, without leaving the comfort of our venue. Stay tuned for more details about the menu and our grand opening. We can’t wait to serve you!
BLUEBIRD
MUSIC FESTIVAL
We’re a sponsor of the Blue Bird Music Festival this year. The festival is one of many initiatives of the Future Arts Foundation, an organization who’s mission is to improve communities through arts, music & environmental programs. These values are in line with our own so we’re proud to be the official kick off show for the festival. The festivities start Wednesday, April 17th with dinner & a show at Etown. Rosetta will be serving a menu inspired by our Middle Eastern concept, Amira, followed by an intimate show with Briscoe. On Friday, April 19th at 7 pm we’ll be getting the party started with a performance by The Cody Sisters! This is a free, all ages show at Rosetta.
