Rosetta hall is a unique, community dining experience, bringing together a collection of cuisines from around the world. Each of our eight food stalls focuses on a different region. The menus change regularly to showcase the best seasonal products available. There is something for everyone; sharable plates, vegetarian options, light dishes, entrees & sweets.  

We invite you to check out our menus online or at the stalls. When you’re ready to order click the link below or head directly to the kitchen. Items typically take between 10 to 15 minutes to prepare, however longer waits may happen during peak business hours. When your order is ready it will be placed on the counter all together with your ticket. Please check the name on the ticket before taking your food.      Amira honors the traditional technique and flavor of the Persian gulf. We focus on sourcing seasonal & local produce. The rotating menu feature ‘home cooked’ dishes, popular shawarmas, and shareable plates. Amira has many great vegetarian options.



    Traditional Italian meets modern interpretation at Amalfi. This rotating menu features  scratch made pastas, Roman pizza slices, seasonal salads & reimagined Italian classics.



      Here we present Thai dishes inspired by Northern & Central regions. We source authentic ingredients to make spicy curries, traditional stir fries and savory seafood preparations. Chiang Mai is a great option for gluten free dining.



     Classic American dishes brought to life in fresh ways, with a special focus on sandwiches, salads & comfort food. Our goal is to make creative, sustainable food more approachable & delicious. Like our cheese burger; a Colorado beef patty on a Colorado made bun.



     Globally inspired scratch made pastries, cakes & custards.  Our menu changes seasonally to feature desserts from around the world. Don’t forget to stop by this stall for a sweet end to your meal.



     Shanghai Moon is a collection of dishes from the streets as well as regional specialties from all across China. There are many great dim sum style small plates to share & a few nostalgic classics, like our version of beef & broccoli over udon noodles. Most of these dishes are dairy free.



Cruz is a showcase of cuisines from Central to South America. The menu features popular Peruvian dishes like Lomo Saltado, costal ceviche & traditional Mexican fare. This is not your average taco spot.



Our newest iteration of Chameleon features foods from India. We selected dishes from the north, central and coastal areas of the country that are richly spiced & complex. This cuisine translates beautifully to the shared, communal style of dining we embrace at Rosetta Hall. Check out some of the diverse vegetarian & vegan options.
