We are thrilled to announce our newest culinary concept: Chameleon Bavaria! This exciting addition to our restaurant family brings the hearty, comforting flavors of Bavarian cuisine to Rosetta Hall. As the winter months approach, Chameleon Bavaria offers the perfect dining experience to warm both body and soul. Our menu features traditional Bavarian dishes with a modern twist, including; savory schnitzel, rich hearty braises, authentic German sausages, sourdough pretzels and decadent apple strudel.
Paired with German beers and wine, Chameleon Bavaria promises to be your cozy retreat from the cold. Join us for a taste of Bavaria right here in town!

Opening Weekend November 29th
We will be hosting a unique rooftop event this winter to raise funds for Protect Our Winters (POW), a leading climate change non-profit organization. We aim to create an enchanting Après ski atmosphere while supporting a crucial cause. This event will run every weekend from Thanksgiving through Easter. It will take place exclusively on the roof top Friday, Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings. Once a month we’ll host an activation during which time we’ll invite POW athletes, offer specials and swag giveaways. 10% of all sales from this event will be donated to POW. Enjoy craft seasonal cocktails & ski mountain vibes while helping us meet our goal of $10,000 for POW!

Get ready for a magical holiday experience at Rosetta Hall! We’re decking our halls to create cozy gathering spaces for you and your loved ones. Throughout December, join us for hearty winter fare, freshly baked goods and signature holiday cocktails.
Santa Claus will be making special appearances on Sundays – December 8th, 15th, 21st, and 22nd from 11am to 2pm. So mark your calendars and bring the little ones for a chance to meet Santa, snap a photo, and enjoy some special treats.
In the spirit of giving, we’re also hosting a toy drive for those in need. So why not spread some holiday cheer while you’re here? Bring a gift in for the drive and get a drink token good at the café or bar.
Join us at Rosetta Hall this Christmas season – where festive memories are made, and community spirit shines bright. Reservations are still available for large gatherings throughout November & December. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
