Game day just got an upgrade. Rosetta Hall is Boulder’s spot to watch CU football this season, with extra-large screens, chef-driven food, and craft cocktails that rival any tailgate. Whether you’re cheering on the Buffs with friends, grabbing a drink before kickoff, or settling in for every play, Rosetta brings the energy, flavor, and atmosphere that make game day feel like a celebration.

Dinner and a Show with Manny Barella and Portal Connects

We’re setting the table for something special. Join us for an intimate evening with Top Chef alum and former Rosetta chef Manny Barella, returning home for one night only.
Enjoy a chef-driven dinner, a welcome drink, and a special screening of Portal Connects: “Building the Table,” a film celebrating connection, culture, and the power of food to bring people together.

Halloweekend at Rosetta Hall 🎃

A little chill in the air, a lot to toast to. Join us for Rosetta Halloweekend — a three-day celebration filled with spooky cocktails, scary-good cookies, and a few festive specials to wrap up rooftop season.
While the rooftop will stay open all winter (as weather allows), this weekend marks the closing celebration for our upstairs bar — so come raise one last glass under the stars.
No tickets needed — just come for the boos and stay for the views.

Gin & Blossoms: Harvest Edition

We’re bringing back one of our favorite collaborations—Gin & Blossoms—this time with cozy fall blooms and botanical cocktails inside Rosetta Hall’s Main Hall. Come sip, snip, and celebrate the season with The Floral Mint and Hendrick’s Gin. This isn’t a formal class—it’s a relaxed, hands-on experience. As you arrive, Sam from The Floral Mint will walk you through choosing stems and styling your own bouquet. No rules, no rush—just creativity, conversation, and a little Hendrick’s magic.

Every Sunday, meet Santa himself and explore our pop-up holiday market, featuring local makers, festive treats, and a few perfect gifts for your list. This year, we’re adding Rosetta merch and holiday gift collections — made for your favorite food lovers and festive friends.
Sip on seasonal cocktails, enjoy cozy specials, and help us give back through charitable partnerships, toy drives, and coat collections all season long.
