14 UPPER MANAGEMENT

14.1 Meetings

All regularly scheduled meetings should take place between Tuesday & Thursday at either 11AM or 1PM Mountain Standard Time. Meetings should take place every week regardless of whether a staff member is absent. Assign a facilitator, timekeeper & secretary at each meeting. The roles should rotate periodically. Use the Company Health Tab in the Master Plan Database to rate each aspect of the company and be sure to discuss all Medium, High & Extreme Priority Items. The purpose of all management meetings is to refine how we organize ourselves. The answers will change week to week.

Always discuss product quality, product variety, employee experience & customer experience.
