DIRTY DRINKS 2025

August 25 – September 1st, 2025

Healthy soil on farms makes for better food on our plates —and the same is true for our favorite drinks! From agave to rye, coffee berries to wine grapes, the best sips start at the farms that prioritize soil health. We’re thrilled to announce that Rosetta Hall is teaming up with Zero Foodprint for Dirty Drinks, a bar & bev campaign that gets grants to farmers to build healthy soil!

From August 25th to September 1st, we’ll be serving up our twist on a dirty drink called the Farmette Margarita:
Sun-warmed tomato, epazote corn, fat-washed bourbon + tequila— a savory summer sip in support of the Zero Foodprint mission.
$1 from each Farmette Margarita sold will go directly to farmers restoring our climate by building healthy soil. Bottoms up, carbon down!

Head to zerofoodprint.org/dirty to learn more about how we’re working with ZFP to make drinks more sustainable and more delicious.

Zero Foodprint is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit restoring the climate, one acre at a time. By pooling small contributions from across the food and bev industry, ZFP is able to distribute grants to farmers for projects that build healthy soil and draw down carbon. ZFP was recently named the #1 most innovative agriculture company in the world by Fast Company, and was named Humanitarian of the Year by the James Beard Foundation in 2020. To date, they’ve awarded over $8M in grants to farmers for projects drawing down over 200k metric tons of carbon.

CHILI BOWL 2025

Sunday September 14th, 12-5pm

Chili Bowl is an annual fundraiser in support of Groundworks Art Lab. This free, family-friendly event is a celebration of art, food, music, and community. There’s live music, chili tastings, beer & cider, hands-on art experiences, plus the Fall Pottery Sale, which is full of handmade items donated by students, staff, and friends of Groundworks Art Lab.

All proceeds support free and pay-what-you-can programs as well as partnerships with community members who experience marginalization and face barriers to accessing the Groundworks Art Lab studio.

Every year, local restaurants generously donate their delicious chili. Visitors purchase handmade ceramic tasting bowls for $25 and each bowl comes with 5 free tastings of chili + 1 vote for the People’s Choice award. Then, a panel of dignitary judges do a blind tasting and pick Best Overall chili and Best Vegetarian chili.
