RESERVATIONS

     Seating is first come, first serve. Several of our community tables are available for large group reservations of 12 or more on Tock. These are limited and require a deposit. Click the link to learn more.

SERVICE ANIMALS

Working service animals are welcome in Rosetta Hall. Pets & emotional support animals are not allowed anywhere in a licensed food service establishment per Boulder County Public Health Department. 

TIPS

Rosetta Hall pools tips. Any tip or gratuity left on a food order will be divided between the cooks who prepared your food. Any tip or gratuity left on a beverage order will be divided between the bar, serving and baristas who prepared your drinks.

OPEN TABS

 Open tabs can be accessed at either bar, with any cocktail server or the café. 20% gratuity will be added to any tab left open at the end of the night and then closed. Please allow up to 48 hours for all pre-authorized charges to clear your account.

REFUNDS

     We apologize if you have received a charge in error. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please email us at [email protected] with your last name, the last four digits of your card number, the date & the amount of the transaction and we will respond to you as quickly as possible. All refunds will be handled within 24 hours.
