The key to a great cocktail is great ingredients. We make everything at our bar from scratch every morning including: juices, syrups, garnishes, & dehydrated fruit. We only use organic limes, lemons, oranges, grapefruits & cucumbers for our cocktails. Fresh squeezed, organic juice tastes better & and it’s better for the environment.

Colorado is the epicenter of the craft beer movement and continues to be. With over 15 taps we feature a rotating selection of some of the countries best microbrews, as well as small batch cider & seltzers.

We specialize in a wide variety of cocktails at Rosetta Hall. The Spritz Menu is always a crowd pleaser; cool, refreshing & light. But, we also offer many non-alcoholic beverages as well; from mocktails, to NA beers, to fresh made lemonade & iced tea there are always plenty of options.
